Advanced Clinical Coaching Training – Module 3C

It is possible, with many organizations, to obtain a coaching accreditation within six months. Coaching is an emerging field that is becoming more recognized and valued every year. While there are shorter-term accreditation options with us and other organizations, we believe it is important for our coaches to be trained in the Institute’s way. This means working with the being and seeing from the heart. Just like therapists, coaches must undertake a deep personal journey to be fully present with their coachees in the room.

For that reason, Modules 1 and 2 are prerequisites for our MA in Psychosynthesis Leadership and Organisational Coaching. This program is extremely comprehensive and will equip you with the skills to be with others in a profound way that shorter courses do not offer. The use of applied Psychosynthesis models ensures that our graduates are of the highest quality.

Pre-Clinical Coaching Training – Module 2C

Certificate in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching

Diploma in Psychosynthesis Developmental Coaching

This course option enables successful students to apply for APECS Certified Associate Accreditation. Module 2C, Coaching Skills Training, is our introductory coaching skills course and begins partway through Module 2. It also serves as a possible exit point for some students.

Course Content and Structure: Becoming a Psychosynthesis Coach

The context for the course is to guide students in:

1. Embodying the Tri-Focal Context for Coaching.

2. Learning the Skills and the Art of Coaching.

During the latter part of this course, students begin their coaching practice with group supervision.

Module 2C Course Seminars Overview

All content is informed by Psychosynthesis Tri-Focal Vision and 5DL (Five Dimensions of Leadership). These principles will be woven into all skills. Each session begins with an Identification–Dis-Identification Exercise. This is encouraged as a daily practice and introduced to coachees as a way to experience ‘the more than.’ It moves the coach beyond concrete rational thinking and opens them to the abstract mind and the emergent.

Students will practice listening to what can emerge in the “Still Place.” This experience is not just a theoretical model—it is experiential.

For Humanity in Transition, coaches need to be able to go beyond the known. Traditional ways of working are no longer effective. Therefore, we explore:

• What lies beyond the known?

• What is attempting to emerge through the current world situation?

• What gap exists for these coachees in themselves and their roles in organizations?

• What valencies do they carry into the world that they need to manifest?

Students who complete a Coaching Thesis have the option to gain an MA in Psychosynthesis Leadership and Organisational Coaching, validated by Middlesex University.
